Lay coat flat upon the ground, smooth out all wrinkles.
Pull the cape to the top, button top and bottom buttons on the body of the coat.
Unfold the sleeve cuff, then place left hand at the shoulder seam and right hand at the tail of the coat. Fold the body of the coat in half (to the center) placing the sleeve along the fold (but not overlapping the sleeve over the other half of the body of the coat.)
Repeat step C on the opposite side of the coat in a mirror image.
Flatten the body of the coat (now folded in half) out smooth; fold the coat in half twice – folding up to the collar.
Pull the cape out above the folded body of the coat until it forms a semi-circle. Button the bottom button on the cape.
Pull the cape down around the entire body of the coat, pushing the folded body through the cape until it rests against the collar.
Button the top and middle buttons on the cape.
Take farthest point of the cape and fold these sides over the folded body of the coat (repeat on both sides of the cape.)
Tuck the collar into the top of the cape and fold the bottom of the cape under body of the coat to form a square. Place the folded coat into the inner bag of the knapsack and buckle securely.
